As part of its strategy to expand the geography of OJSC "Volgomost" actively involved in the construction projects of various regions, including Moscow. In October 9, 2013  "Volgomost" was declared the winner of the open tender for the right to a state contract for the upgrade and construction of roads, Moscow region. Investor was Federal State Institution "Federal Highway Administration" Central Russia "of the Federal Road Agency", the contract amount is  940 million rubles.

The subject of the contract is the upgrade and construction of public roads of federal highways and man-made structures on them, " Reconstruction of sections of the highway Moscow outer ring through Dmitrov, Sergiev Posad, Orekhovo-Voskresensk, Mikhnevo, Balabanovo, Ruza, Wedge ( with entrance to the state Complex "Tarusa" and passages in his territory). Construction of the overpass on the highway Moscow outer ring through Dmitrov, Sergiev Posad, Orekhovo- Voskresensk, Mikhnevo, Balabanovo, Ruza, Wedge (with access to state complex "Tarusa" and passages in his territory) per km 2 area of the Minsk highway to Volokolamsk highway, Moscow region .
