Building customer is  PKU "Managing the Order of Honour of the North-Caucasian Highway" by the FDA. Designer - LLC "Instroyproekt." General contractor serving Mostootryad number 57 of "Volgomost", the beginning of construction - November 2010 According to the contract the work to be completed in November 2015, but the timing was postponed.

Thanks to the work of the Administration of the Republic, the area of the customer, subcontractors and specialists of "Volgomost" we were able to enter the facility in operation for 2 years before the contract period"

The large flow of transit traffic in the area of the M-29 "Caucasus", held on Beslan, creates a great inconvenience to residents, the environmental situation worsens, leading to numerous accidents, often with tragic consequences. In this regard, the Federal Road Agency has been decided to build a bypass of Beslan.

Putting on the highway will bring the outside population centers to transit 15,000 vehicles per day, and in the long term - more than 24 thousand, improving transport and environmental conditions the district. Highway is a road of the 1^st category  with 4 four lanes - two in each direction.

The total length of the construction site of the route - 12,416 km., Including transport interchanges - about 29 km. On the new stretch of the well built 11 overpasses and four interchanges.

During the ceremony the head of the project construction management of "Volgomost" construction activities "Bypass Beslan" Alexander Blokhin and Deputy Head of Production and Technical Department Mostootryad number 57 of "Volgomost" Alexander Korotkov received appreciation from the Ministry of Transportation and the Federal Highway Agency.
