The meeting was attended by members of the regional government, Saratov Oblast Duma, representatives of the "Administration of civil airports (aerodromes), "Head of Mission "Volgomost" for the construction of the airport complex Degtev Sergey, Deputy General Director of JSC "Volgomost" on investments and loans Igor Chagaev and representatives of subcontractors. During the meeting Valery Radaev thanked the company "Volgomost" for the successful implementation of numerous projects in the Saratov region.

The main theme of the meeting was held on the project of building the airport complex "Central". During the visit, the governor toured the construction site control tower (unit foundation KDP), concreted portion of the paved runway, and inspects the rubble of compaction and laying lean concrete at the base.

"At present, work is underway on the device runway, developed Rainwater drainage network, power supply cables are laid, laid the foundation control tower, put a fence around the future of the airfield. A new airport runway will be 3,100 meters long. It is now 2650 meters of coverage are in various stages of readiness. Work performed by JSC "Volgomost" go to the schedule and should be completed by 2015 "- Sergey Degtev said.

Valery Radaev stressed that the new modern airport in the area Saburovka - the largest investment project in the Saratov region, the implementation of which will give a new impetus to the development of transport infrastructure and economy of the region, will increase its investment attractiveness.

The meeting also discussed options for the construction of road approaches to the airport, questions relating to the investment of the project and the various aspects of the implementation of public-private partnership in the construction of infrastructure facilities in Saratov region. Following the meeting, it was decided to establish a working group for the implementation of PPPs, which are included in the company's representatives "Volgomost."
