New engineering construction is included in the starting 2nd complex  bridge over the river  Volga in Volgograd, where OJSC "Volgomost" is building since 2009.

Installation of bridge spans the river bed of the bridge is one of the most complex and demanding technological stages of construction. Mostovik forces now fully assembled mount superstructure through Akhtuba eve finished 5th stage sliding bottom span. Its total weight is 3,600 tons, of which 2600 are already installed.

To date, the facility employs three specialists MOSTOOTRYAD of "Volgomost" - № 57, № 83 and № 8 total of more than 400 people, work is being done around the clock.

The structure of the starting complex II bridge over the Volga includes bridge over Akhtuba, adjacent overpass, 2 footbridges, two interchanges and overpass. Length of the object - 6.5 km, artificial structures - more than 2 km.
